An excellent stop traveling North or South being only 10 minutes from A1 and 30 mins. from M1. Nottingham, Grantham. Melton Mowbray, Newark are all 20 minutes drive by car. Stamford, Rutland Water and Leicester  all within 30 minutes drive  

Completely no smoking. Ample secure car parking. Early breakfasts if required. Cycle storage available. Sorry no pets indoors.  WiFi available.
